Jacqui‘s role at The Hello Co., is to lead and manage the Customer Success Team ensuring client needs and strategic objectives are always a priority of the business.
Jacqui spearheads our Customer Success Team and is responsible for ensuring a successful partnership between The Hello Co. and its clients from relationship management through to contract deliverables.
Jacqui has over 20 years of experience as a dynamic senior leader with deep domain experience working in the Tech industry for Blue Chip companies such as Telstra, Optus, Samsung, BlackBerry, and ShoreTel. Within these organisations, Jacqui has built and designed key customer experience improvement strategies and customer-focused innovation for her clients. Most recently, she worked as the Head of Customer Success at one of Australia's most successful language services businesses, managing relationships between the business and some of the largest brands in Australia and New Zealand, including Optus, Telstra, Bupa, Origin Energy, Red Energy, Lumo Energy, RACV, Alinta Energy, Civica BPO as well as New Zealand government.
At The Hello Co., she continues to lead the Customer Success Team, managing new and existing clients and ensuring the business meets its contractual and performance objectives. Utilising her technical expertise and a thorough understanding of customer needs, she prioritises the customers' key objectives to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers in the industry.
With her commitment to improvement, she co-founded an Executive Leadership Coaching company that focuses on People, Career Development, Company Culture, Leadership & Management and Leadership Coaching with a key focus on 'Women working in Tech' and 'Indigenous/First Nations Leadership' programs.
