- Availability: Interpreters who love their day-shifts and strive to be available for calls during core business hours, as well as the night owls taking those early AM calls.
- Completionist: Interpreters who reliably complete all service requests from beginning to end.
- Excellent Customer Feedback: Interpreters who receive positive feedback from clients regarding the quality of their interpretation and the overall service provided.

What do they get?
Each month, we celebrate 20 exceptional interpreters who go above and beyond by recognising them as Interpreter All Stars.
The Upside: Each of the 20 interpreters chosen will be awarded a gift card as a token of appreciation for outstanding performance.
The Kudos: Each of the Top 20 Interpreters will be profiled across our workforce and client communities.
