Chris's responsibility within The Hello Co. is to manage Technical Operations. This includes client support/helpdesk, incident and service issues, crisis management and IT backup systems. He also works on transitioning new clients to The Hello Co., ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems and processes.

My Story

Chris boasts over 20 years of experience in managing IT, Operations and Support. Now solely focused on the technical side of The Hello Co., he manages the many new products and client solutions that the business offers, alongside keeping the IT side of The Hello Co. running smoothly.

Experience

Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the management of IT, Operations and Support incorporating channel management, customer and account management, and technical services management. Chris has extensive experience in technology managed services delivery. He has provided technical engineering and development services to major blue-chip companies such as Telstra and Motorola.
