Now at The Hello Co., she continues her mission - to give clients the solutions they need to connect with migrant communities. This means delivering instant access to quality language solutions and translation services.

Over her journey, she has helped its clients communicate with hundreds of thousands of Australians and New Zealanders in their native language. The power of being heard and understood is paramount for building beneficial relationships and ties to the communities we live in. In the previous language services business Rebecca founded, she worked with some of the largest retailers in the country including Optus, Telstra, Bupa, Origin Energy, Red Energy, Lumo Energy, RACV, Alinta Energy, Civica BPO as well as New Zealand government.

Prior to working in the language services market, Rebecca Haynes has held middle and senior management positions in various market sectors. She has worked across a range of business disciplines including shared services, business development, channel management, and business-to-business/business-to-consumer sales and marketing in service delivery settings.

Renown for challenging the status quo, Rebecca has strong technical capability in understanding business models/markets, concepts, and technology. An area of strength is her ability to develop vision using technology as a business's primary enabler. Rebecca is highly entrepreneurial leading many successful business growth initiatives. She is passionate about evolving business models and improvement methodologies with clients and customers being ultimate beneficiaries of superior services.
